Self-aspirating, no spring or harpoon. Hypodermic, self-aspirating syringe. Made in stainless steel and plastic, can be sterilised by any method. The short separation between the wings provides an excellent balance and handling. For semi-automatic, self-aspiration just stop pushing slightly on the plunger, without changing hand position on the syringe.
