Flexitime® Bite is a scannable VPS-based bite registration material with multiple indications: - Standard bite registration in final bite position. - Coating of bite forks. - Material for needle point registration. - Production of small segmented models. - Powder-free optical data recording of antagonists for CAD/CAM technology. Hardness: very high final hardness of Shore D 40. Thixotropic: does not flow from the occlusal surface into interdental spaces. Scannable: optical data recording of antagonists for the manufacture of appliances using CAD/CAM technology, e.g., all-ceramic, powder-free. Fast: sufficient working time of 30s and fast intra-oral setting time of 30s for patient comfort. Whipped cream-like consistency: resistance-free bite, avoiding oversized bite moulds.
