There are two difficult airway optional features designed in collaboration with Dr. Rich Levitan. These demonstrate clinical variance in airway management training and are compatible with the AirSim Combo X and the AirSim Combo Bronchi X.

Combo Difficult Airway 1 features enlarged tongue edema with swollen posterior cartilages and elongated epiglottis.

Combo Difficult Airway 2 features enlarged tongue edema with an elongated notched epiglottis.
