This Airway is constructed using CT DICOM data from an adult male, making it visually accurate and anatomically correct. It has been accredited mechanical testing for over 20,000 intubation cycles without fail (under controlled environment), emphasizing durability.
There are two difficult airway optional features designed in collaboration with Dr. Rich Levitan. These demonstrate clinical variance in airway management training and are compatible with the AirSim Advance X and the AirSim Advance Bronchi X.

Advance Difficult Airway 1: features enlarged tongue edema with swollen posterior cartilages and elongated epiglottis.

Advance Difficult Airway 2: features enlarged tongue edema with an elongated notched epiglottis.
